Avi Kerbs

President and CEO of Teuza Management, Kerbs, who possesses over 20 years’ experience in high technology systems and management, launched Teuza in 1992.

He serves as a director on the boards of most of Teuza’s portfolio companies. He also served as a director on the boards of several public companies, which are traded on the Nasdaq.   Kerbs is a member of both The Technion and The University of Haifa’s Board of Governors and served as the chairman of the Scientific and Academic Club of The University of Haifa. For his commitment and dedication to Technion activities, he received an Honorary Fellowship in 2015. Mr. Kerbs holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Management from the Technion.

Dr. Yehoshua (Shuki) Gleitman

Former director general and Chief Scientist of Israel’s Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Dr. Yehoshua (Shuki) Gleitman serves also as a Director at the Board of Directors of Elbit Systems Ltd and was the chief executive officer of Ampal-American Israel Corporation. He has served since 2001 as the managing partner of Platinum VC, a venture capital firm and currently serves as the chair of the board of directors of Capital Point Ltd., of GLK Investment and Management Company Ltd., of GIBF – Guangzhou Israel Bio Tech Fund and is a director of G Medical Innovations Holdings Ltd., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. Dr. Gleitman serves as the honorary consul general of Singapore in Israel.
Dr. Gleitman holds bachelor of science, master of science and PhD degrees in physical chemistry from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Meyuhas is the recipient of  Israel’s most prestigious Industry Award

Ruth Alon

Ruth is a businesswoman, with long time involvement with start-up companies in the Hi-Tech / Internet space as an entrepreneur, investor, mentor & consultant. Ruth is a member/Director of the: Technion BOG, Council & Advisory Committee; Technion R&D Foundation (TRDF); Madatech Science Museum and Haifa Museums. She was also a member of the Haifa City Council (nonpartisan), and a Director at Haifa Economic Corporation, “Maccabi Holdings”, “Maccabi Care”, NGT (incubator), and “Amidar” (as a member of the first “Directors’ Team” selected by the Ministry of Finance). Upon returning to Israel in 1993, after working at “Memorex” in the Silicon Valley for 14 years, Ruth founded and managed (CEO & President) the first & leading ISP in Israel – “Netvision Ltd”. In 2013 Ruth was awarded an Honorary Fellowship from the Technion for her achievements and contributions to the Technion, and her efforts in promoting women’s roles in the Hi-Tech industry and at the Technion. Ruth holds a B.Sc. in CS (Technion) and a M.Sc.  in IE&M from the Technion.

David Fuchs

Mr. Fuchs is the managing partner of B&P Management, a financial strategy advisory firm to private and public companies including Chinese and Israeli companies planning to enter the Chinese market. Mr. Fuchs is a former senior investment banker with over 30 years of experience in financing of international and domestic companies and was also the founder and chief investment officer of a hedge fund focus on PIPE transactions. Mr. Fuchs currently serves as member of the board of two private companies. Mr. Fuchs holds a B.S. degree in engineering and an M.S. degree in management both from Columbia University and completed course work for PhD in Finance at New York University Stern School of Business.

Gil Kerbs

Gil Kerbs is an entrepreneur focusing on disease prevention and nutrition technology as the CEO and founder of Newt fitness. Active in the healthcare world for the last 15 years, in 2018 Gil Kerbs completed his role as the value segment business director at Medtronic China where he led a 60-person team selling to the growingly important Chinese lower tier market. Prior to this role, Gil took charge of creating surgical tools tailored for the Emerging Markets customer needs, at Medtronic. Prior to Medtronic, Gil Kerbs worked in venture capital in Israel (Teuza VC fund), focusing on healthcare, and China-Israel related activities.
Gil Kerbs speaks fluent Mandarin and holds an MBA/MA International Relations from the Wharton School/UPenn, and Electrical Engineering Bsc. from the Israeli Technion.

M.D. Tal Nachlieli

Graduated, Cum Laude, from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology Medical School in 1991.
During the last 20 years he treated more than 20,000 aesthetic patients. His clinic, under brand name of Excellence clinic, serves as a training center for Aesthetic surgeries and Aesthetic and Laser& RF and other aesthetic treatments. Since 1994 he has close connection to Israeli’s Aesthetic Laser industry (Sharplan, Esc& Lumenis). From 2009 until 2014 , Mr. Nachlieli served as Candela R&D consultant, and their Medical Director. In 2014 until 2016 he served as Venus Concept VP of Medical Affairs. Since 2014 he’s spending most of his time is Asia, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, he supports Aesthetic companies and serves as Medical Director of BB’ Beaute’-BB Thanh Mai, leading Aesthetic Clinic in the Far East.
Awards: In 2011, Mr. Nachlieli was awarded the Best academically study for aesthetic surgery from the Israeli Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
